Directed by Kim Won-seok and written by Kim Tae-hee based on Jung Eun-gwol's bestselling 2007 novel The Lives of Sungkyunkwan Confucian Scholars, it stars Park Min-young, Park Yuchun, Yoo Ah-in, and Song Joong-ki.
